Each year, RDW welcomes new Ambassadors from all levels of Ballroom and Latin dance. We celebrate determination, dedication, and the drive to be your very best. From grassroots to elite, we invite applications from across the dance community. In return, we simply ask our Ambassadors to support and promote a company that offers a fresh, sustainable, and financially sensible way to step onto the dancefloor. Couples Star Ambassadors

We are third year Ambassadors for RDW. We have been dancing as a couple for a little over 3 years and have enjoyed competing at many competitions together. We always strive to support our dancing friends and continue to support the youngest dancers in our dance school too. This year we are looking forwards to competing at the Blackpool NATD Grand Finals 2026.

Star Ambassador

My name is Ettie-Mai, and I am 10 years old. I am a second year Ambassador for RDW.

I started ballet when I was five, but I didn’t really enjoy it because I dreamed of dancing like the Disney princesses. Because of this, my mum enrolled me in ballroom, Latin, and sequence dancing, and that’s what I’ve continued with ever since. I now dance with Dance Kingdom in South Wales, which is nearly a two-hour journey from my home.

I am extremely dedicated to what I do and always look forward to dancing each week with my dance partner, Martha. I also make time for my other hobbies, including ski racing, art, and writing. I love reading books and drawing dancers on my iPad, which I often do while travelling to my dance lessons.

My name is Kiera and I have been dancing since I was 5 years old. I am a first year Ambassador for RDW.

My journey began when I attended a holiday club at my dance school, where my teacher introduced me to ballroom, Latin and sequence dancing. From that moment I fell in love with dance, and it has been a huge part of my life ever since.

My name is Matilda and I am a First year Ambassador for RDW.

I started ballroom and Latin dancing when I was 7 years old, and I have loved it ever since.

Dancing makes me feel confident and happy and I love choosing the perfect for each dance when I practice.

Being an RDW Ambassador is amazing - I get to wear (and love) the most beautiful dresses that make me feel extra special on the dance floor.

I am a first year Ambassador for RDW.

I have been dancing since I was 4 years old with Essex Academy of Dance - a place I feel so happy in.

My favourite dance is the rumba because I can express emotion and really connect with the music.

I always try my best to keep improving and never give up when things get a bit challenging. This is because dancing has taught me to be resilient, confident and is really a part of who I am.

I am so proud to be an Ambassador for RDW because they support young dancers, celebrate passion and encourages children to enjoy the journey as much as the results.

Sparkle Ambassador

I am 12 years old and a first year Ambassador for RDW.

I am part of the Black in the Ballroom Dance Company and began my journey in 2023.

We are supported by an incredible mentor, Oskar, whose guidance has been invaluable.

I train in both ballroom and Latin and now compete in competitions across the country.

I absolutely love dancing and since becoming an Ambassador for RDW I am able to showcase stunning ballroom and Latin dresses. I receive so many compliments and feel incredibly confident while dancing in them.

Sparkle Ambassador

My name is Millie and I am a first year Ambassador for RDW.

I dance with Goodmans Dance Academy and absolutely love what I do. I train really hard and have worked hard to improve on my techniques over the past few years.

I am always willing to support the younger dancers in my dance school and at competitions I am always ready to cheer everybody on.

I have recently begun an all-girls couple with another dancer from my dance school and we are having so much fun learning our routines.

Dancing has been a fantastic way to improve my confidence and skills and I love having a giggle with my dance friends and making new ones along the journey.

Shine Ambassador

Samantha

My name is Samantha and I am 18 years old. I am a first year Ambassador for RDW.

I started dancing at the age of 7 after being inspired by Strictly Come Dancing, and I’ve loved it ever since.

I train at the Caron Parry School of Dance in Dorset, where I dance both ballroom and Latin. I regularly compete in ISTD Medallist and Teacher-Student competitions, which have helped me grow in confidence and gain experience on the competition floor.

More recently, I’ve started competing in couples open competitions with my partner Sam. We’re super proud to be the Champions of Tomorrow 2026 Beginners Ballroom and Latin Novice.

As a Shine Ambassador, I love representing a brand that supports dancers to feel confident and prepared and ready to shine both on and off the floor.

Twinkle Ambassador

I am a first year Ambassador for RDW and I started dancing last year at just 3 years old.

I am the youngest dancer on the RDW Ambassador Team and I started dancing last year to follow in my big sisters dancesteps (Polly).

I love attending Cadmans Dance Centre each week and having fun dancing with my friends. I love my lessons and my favourite dance is the Cha Cha Slide - which I get to do at the end of class.

My mum says that I am quite the character and say some really funny things too which makes everyone smile.

I have not danced in a competition yet but I hope to do my first one this year in May.
