Customer privacy and GDPR notice

RDW Studio uses the details you provide to check availability, take payment, fulfil your order or hire, contact you about it, prevent fraud and meet accounting and legal duties.

We process order information because it is needed to perform our contract with you and to meet our legal obligations. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by RDW Studio.

Order, contract and payment records may be kept for up to seven years where required for tax, accounting or legal purposes. Enquiries and unused checkout information are removed when they are no longer needed.

You may ask for access, correction, restriction, portability or deletion where the law allows, or object to certain processing. Contact RDW Studio through the website contact page to exercise these rights.

Necessary cookies and local browser storage keep the shopping bag, secure checkout and back-office sign-in working. The site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies.

If you submit a testimonial or dress review, the studio uses your full name and event date to check your booking before approving publication. Event dates are never published. You choose whether your approved feedback shows your full name or only your initials. Contact the studio to request correction or removal. Short-lived security records help limit repeated submissions.
